Licensed master aesthetician and owner of Mia June Facial Bar has been in the skincare industry for over a decade. After receiving her aesthetics license in Richmond, Virginia she moved back home to Birmingham Alabama and worked for  local dermatologists and plastic surgeons.

After working in a clinic environment for so many years Magen really wanted to bring a more relaxed, fun and accessible atmosphere to facial services, and created Fancy Face in August 2018. In 2025, Fancy Face entered a new phase of its evolution, this time under the moniker of Mia June Facial Bar. Magen is growing her brand and expanding her business nationwide.

Whether you’re looking to book a party, manage your membership services, or need assistance with anything related to our business, I’m happy to help! I also handle all of our marketing materials, email campaigns, and behind-the-scenes operations to keep things running smoothly. Hi, everyone! My name is Baylee Weisskopf! I have been with Mia June since October of 2021 after receiving my esthetics license in May of that year. I have had the privilege of helping clients achieve beautiful and healthy skin while also building amazing relationships. Experienced in Eminence Organics Skincare training and mixology, I customize treatments to meet each client’s unique skincare needs. As our business expands through franchising, I’m excited to be a part of Mia June’s growth and to help ensure our signature experience is delivered at every location. As the Web Developer and Chief Security Officer of Mia June Facial Bar, I bring a steadfast commitment to safeguarding our clients' data and privacy. With over a decade of experience in cybersecurity and risk management, I am dedicated to implementing robust security measures to provide a secure and user-friendly platform for our clients and franchisees. 

With a strong background in front-end and back-end development, I bring a blend of creativity and technical expertise to the Mia June Facial Bar team. I collaborate closely with our marketing and design teams to develop and maintain our online presence. My focus is on crafting intuitive interfaces that enhance user engagement, streamline appointment bookings, and provide comprehensive information about our services. I am dedicated to implementing the latest web technologies to keep our digital platform cutting-edge and secure.

Beyond my role at Mia June Facial Bar, I am a lifelong learner who enjoys exploring new trends in solution architecture and staying updated with industry trends. In my free time, you can find me skiing, traveling, and enjoying spending time outdoors with my family.
