Meet The Team

Licensed master aesthetician and owner of Mia June Facial Bar has been in the skincare industry for over a decade. After receiving her aesthetics license in Richmond, Virginia she moved back home to Birmingham Alabama and worked for  local dermatologists and plastic surgeons.

After working in a clinic environment for so many years Magen really wanted to bring a more relaxed, fun and accessible atmosphere to facial services, and created Fancy Face in August 2018. In 2025, Fancy Face entered a new phase of its evolution, this time under the moniker of Mia June Facial Bar. Magen is growing her brand and expanding her business nationwide.

Hi, my name is Allison and I am an esthetician apprentice and business relations coordinator for Mia June Facial Bar. I will be happy to assist you with booking parties, online ordering, or membership services. 

Hi there! I have been an esthetician at Fancy Face for over two years. I love working in the open bar doing facials and seeing returning clients as well as meeting new ones. I want to work on your skin goals with you and get you where you want to be.
When I'm not at Fancy Face I love trying new restaurants and traveling.

It is no secret that when we look our best, we feel our best.  When we feel our best, we give our best.  Hi, my name is Laura Eason.  I am a Birmingham, AL  native that has been in the beauty/health/wellness industry my entire career.  Helping boost self-confidence is and always has been at the heart of my personal and professional endeavors.  In 2021, I extended my (now 23+ year) career as a professional makeup artist to becoming a licensed esthetician, allowing me to make lasting impacts on how people feel about themselves.  Let me tell you, this has been one of the best career moves I’ve made; I absolutely love it! 

     Joining the Fancy Face team has allowed me to continue to grow within the field while being in a supportive and fun environment.  It is a place where people care for each other and the work they are doing.  This is reflected in everything from the treatments designed to the product lines curated and I love every bit of that.  Ultimately though, my favorite part of the job is YOU, the client.  Connecting and learning more about you, working together to create a plan, and seeing you radiate with your results…that is what keeps this esthi going!  It truly is a privilege to be a part of your journey; thanks.  See you soon!

Hi, my name is Naudia! I graduated from Body Logic School of Cosmology and Esthetics in December 2022. I have been with the Fancy Face team since February 2023. I find joy in helping those achieve their skin goals, learning basic skincare, and feeling beautiful in their own skin.  I can’t wait to meet you and get started on your journey to healthy skin!

Hi there! My name is Alyna Thornton and I have been a licensed esthetician for a little over three years now. Self-care, self-appreciation, and helping you find what makes you happiest in your skin is what I aim for; while also helping you understand more about ingredients and how to use them for maximum results. A great home care regiment coupled with consistent professional treatments every month and you're well on your way to meeting your skincare goals. As the Web Developer and Chief Security Officer of Mia June Facial Bar, I bring a steadfast commitment to safeguarding our clients' data and privacy. With over a decade of experience in cybersecurity and risk management, I am dedicated to implementing robust security measures to provide a secure and user-friendly platform for our clients and franchisees. 

With a strong background in front-end and back-end development, I bring a blend of creativity and technical expertise to the Mia June Facial Bar team. I collaborate closely with our marketing and design teams to develop and maintain our online presence. My focus is on crafting intuitive interfaces that enhance user engagement, streamline appointment bookings, and provide comprehensive information about our services. I am dedicated to implementing the latest web technologies to keep our digital platform cutting-edge and secure.

Beyond my role at Mia June Facial Bar, I am a lifelong learner who enjoys exploring new trends in solution architecture and staying updated with industry trends. In my free time, you can find me skiing, traveling, and enjoying spending time outdoors with my family.
